UMC-Aero Engine Service Division (UMCNTP) is a well established, highly sophisticated Gas Tubine Engine repair and overhaul facility situated adjacent to the Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung Indonesia.
NTP has develop into a well equipped, well trained and dedicated workforce serving more than 60 different customers from within the South East Asia Region and the United States.
As of January 2000 UMC-NTP became one of division of PT NTP "Nusantara Turbin dan Propulsi".
Certification has been received from Air Worthiness Agencies such as DGCA of Indonesia, FAA-USA, and EASA - EU, in addition, UMC-NTP is an approved and authorized by the world's leading aero engine manufacturies and industrial gas turbine engine.

UMC-NTP is organized to provide Total Quality Management (TQM) and complies with ISO 9001:2000 (No. 2564-1996-AQ-SIN-RVA)., UMC-NTP specializes in all phases of repair, overhaul and testing of various categories of aircraft and industrial gas turbine engines. These activities ranger from Turbo Prop / Shaft engine at 480 SHP to Turbo Jet / Fan engines of 23,500 LB thrust.
The UMC-NTP test cell complex includes two 6000 SHP dynamometer cells, a jet cell capable of testing engines up to 100,000 LB thrust, and a Solar Turbine test cell.
Also, UMC-NTP has experienced into manufacturing activities of civil aircraft turboprop engines after reaching an agreement with the original engine manufacture. Approriate certificates by the aviation authorities have been obtained for this purpose.
Our aim is to continually enhance our capabilities to meet the challenge of supporting customers on a world wide scale.

To anticipate the global competition, UMC-NTP has qualified human resources, and continue to organize regular training program. The training covers skill improvement and knowledge enchancement of gas turbine engine, control and electricity, as well maintenance management.
These training programs are acknowledged by foremost gas turbine engine manufacturers around the world.

ENGINE LEASING
To support the customers need, UMC-NTP could provides engine leasing scheme, which consequently will help them to reduce their cost.
ON WING MAINTENANCE
To minimize the aircraft in the ground, UMC offer its mobile repair team which charge of performing on wing maintenance at the customer site. The team consist is skilled operator and is ready for 24 hour action.

Since 1999, UMC-NTP also became a distributor for aircraft engine parts, rotating equipment parts and other supporting spare parts.
